These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tb66 ("tb66", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the tb66 online casino and sports betting platform available at tb66.vu (the "Platform"). By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility Requirements

Use of the Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. tb66 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. tb66 conducts age verification as part of the KYC process, and accounts found to belong to players under 21 will be permanently closed and any funds held in those accounts may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information. Any false or misleading information provided during registration or KYC constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• You may hold only one active account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If tb66 detects multiple accounts registered to the same person, all accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement. If you have previously self-excluded from tb66 and attempt to re-register during an active exclusion period, your new account will be closed immediately.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party. Using the Platform to manage funds or place bets on behalf of another person without that person's knowledge and explicit consent is prohibited.

2. Account Registration and Security

To use the Platform you must register a single account. Registration requires you to provide a valid phone number, email address, and date of birth. tb66 uses this information to verify your identity, communicate with you, and administer your account in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. tb66 will never ask for your password by email, phone, or chat. Never share your login credentials with any other person.
• You must notify tb66 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. tb66 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access caused by your failure to keep credentials confidential.
• tb66 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence (EDD) checks on any account at any time, including requesting government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. tb66 will attempt to contact the account holder before classifying an account as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee as set out in the applicable fee schedule.
• tb66 may close or suspend an account at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, suspected bonus abuse, or failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe. Where possible, tb66 will provide advance notice of account closure.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tb66 supports a range of payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. The availability of payment methods may change over time; the current list of supported methods is displayed on the Deposit and Withdrawal pages of your account.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Deposits are credited to your tb66 account within 60 seconds of confirmed payment in most cases. tb66 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Before any withdrawal can be processed, you must complete KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued ID and proof of address. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 5 minutes of approval once KYC is complete.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit funds into the same account. tb66 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, unverified mobile numbers, or payment methods not previously registered to your account.
• tb66 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the completion of a fraud or money laundering investigation. In such cases, tb66 will notify the player of the investigation as permitted by applicable regulations.
• Deposits made using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay must originate from a mobile financial services account registered in the same name as the tb66 account. Deposits from accounts registered to different names will be returned and may trigger an account review.
• tb66 is not responsible for delays in processing that originate with your payment provider, bank, or mobile financial services operator. Processing times stated on the Platform are estimates and are not guarantees.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

tb66 may offer promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds may only be used on games specified in the promotion terms. Certain games — including live casino tables and some progressive jackpot slots — may be excluded from wagering contribution or may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g. 10% for live casino tables).
• tb66 reserves the right to void a bonus and any associated winnings if tb66 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the bonus was claimed in bad faith, through the use of multiple accounts, through collusion, or through any other form of fraudulent or abusive conduct.
• Promotions are available to players in Bangladesh only and are subject to change, suspension, or withdrawal at any time at tb66's sole discretion. Players will be notified of material changes to ongoing promotions via the Platform or by email.
• Bonus expiry dates apply. Bonuses and free spins not used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will be automatically removed from your account. The validity period begins from the date the bonus is credited, not from the date you first log in after crediting.

5. Gameplay, Fair Play, and Technical Integrity

tb66 provides access to games and sports betting markets supplied by third-party software providers. All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are operated by live dealers in certified studios. Game results are determined independently of tb66.

• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection during a game round, or system error that affects the outcome or settlement of a bet, tb66 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the stake to the player's account. tb66's decision in such cases is final.
• Sports betting markets are subject to settlement rules specific to each sport and competition. Where ambiguity exists regarding settlement, tb66's trading team will apply industry-standard settlement rules and tb66's decision will be final and binding.
• Players must not exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a Platform error are void. Players are obligated to report known errors to tb66 support without delay.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or any software that interfaces with the Platform in a way not expressly authorized by tb66 is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

6. Responsible Gaming

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time via Account Settings. Once a limit is reduced it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase takes effect.
• Players may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During an active self-exclusion period, the player's account will be locked, marketing communications will cease, and the player will not be permitted to re-register.
• Session time reminders can be configured in Account Settings to alert you after a specified duration of continuous play. tb66 recommends taking regular breaks during extended gaming sessions.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration, KYC, or during any interaction with tb66 support staff.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime under applicable law.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over tb66 or other players.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law. Players are responsible for determining the legality of their participation under local law.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior directed at tb66 staff or other players via any communication channel including live chat, email, or social media.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, text, design elements, and audiovisual materials, is the intellectual property of tb66 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of tb66.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tb66's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by you into your tb66 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• tb66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
• tb66 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government action, internet service provider outages, or third-party payment processor failures.
• You acknowledge that gambling inherently involves financial risk and that losses are a possible outcome of participation. tb66 shall not be liable for any gambling losses you incur while using the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

10. Amendments to These Terms

tb66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
